What is the Visual Literacy Program for High Schools?The Visual Literacy Program (VLP) for High Schools, created by The Art Department (TAD), is an online, cutting edge art program designed to expand current classroom art curriculums into an educational experience that will prepare students for an art and design college. The VLP provides in-depth video lessons taught by world renowned illustrators and painters that teachers can use to help students develop their artistic skills and create the ultimate portfolio. The VLP also includes an online forum and gallery that enables students to post their work and receive critiques and discussion by VLP faculty and feedback from other student members.
